SEND Complaints Procedure
The same arrangements for the treatment of complaints at Hartshorne CE Primary are used for complaints about provision made for SEND. This is detailed in the school’s complaints policy. We encourage parents to discuss their concerns initially with the class teacher then the SENDCo. The Co-headteachers would be available to attend these meetings if it were deemed appropriate. We hope to resolve issues before involvement of the Chair of the Governing Body.
